Malmö FF I have read through the Project Spec, API doc and sample Excel data files. I recommend to implement a solution by developing stand-alone Windows/WPF application that will do all: 1. Open and parse the Excel data 2. Parse the Excel data 3. Call Parcel Perform API to add parcels. It will deployed on the server and it will be run by the Task Scheduler. I will be using C# and Visual Studio 2017. Third-party library will be use for parsing the Excel. I used before NPOI but still need to look if there are better ones. .NET have built-in WebProxy class which handle HTTP connection through your proxy server. I have place my bid amount and time line. I got some questions: 1. How is the Excel file will be manage? Is on daily basis, new Excel file is created, and is after reading the Excel file, it will be deleted or move to other location for archiving? 2. Question : - Do you want to run it manually (By double-clicking) or schedule it on Windows server? Note: - In python, as far as i know, it only allow CSV file only. Not XLSX.
