custom inspection form created for property management

Hello, My name is Rick and I own property management company. I'm looking for a tool, like a digital check list that can be customized for individual properties. I imaging this tool to be a 40 -50 point digital check list on a tablet and template form so that I can add fields for each individual property too. The checklist would be used by employees in the field so they have a detailed list while at the property to be sure all the items needed to execute a proper inspection are completed. they can check each item on the list and add comments and photos if need be. This checklist should also be able to be emailed to the client so they can what we did and serves as record keeping. I do not need and app or web development or interface with any other software. Wanting to keep it simple and good looking to serve as a tool for employees in the field and provide a unique product to validate our services to owners. thx Rick Wieloh Apex Real Estate and Property Management
