Hello. I just finished a project similar to this. After the image is placed into the cell, I lock the ratio and then resize to fit the cell and to be centered in the cell. Because images have different ratios of width/height, I also find whichever is larger and use that for the maximum dimension for the cell to make sure the image always stays completely inside the cell. I must charge more than you listed though.
