I do NOT need a full virtual keyboard, I just need a small app for Windows 10 that will allow me to press certain keyboard keys with the mouse and these keyboard actions will occur in whichever app is in the foreground. Example.. I would open Microsoft Word and with Word in the foreground ( the highlighted app ), when using the GUI that you create for me, if I press the letter "a" with my mouse, it would type into Word, if I press the "enter" key with the mouse, it would be like pressing the enter key in Word. Which ever app is in the foreground, that is where the mouse clicks on the GUI would be applied. The keys I need to be able to press with the mouse are : escape key f1 f2 up arrow key down arrow key enter key This app must always remain on top and must always stay open, it must not shut down after a mouse click I would like to be able to design the layout of the GUI and change the name that appears on the buttons, but just to give you an idea, I created a small image for you to see what I imagine it would look like If this can be done in python, that would be great as I have a little knowledge of python so I could make changes as needed

I know the basics and a lot more of Windows Forms (software for the program) and I have the capacity to make this easy simple program in C#. I know the necessary (and more) about programming and I think this will be an easy job to do. Experience in: C++, C#, GDScript.
