there are three of us using outlook 2013 on windows 7 & 8 and [url removed, login to view] as the backend.

i have some outlook customization tasks i would like to work on:

1) i would like one of the other users on my account to be able to send email from their outlook and it will come from my account but i dont want this user to see my inbox, deleted items, contacts etc. they must ONLY be able to send email as me.

2) the other user should have full access to my information (my wife) and be able to send emails as me but i dont want my calendar & task alerts popping up in her reminder window.

3) i would like to create a table form in outlook which will display only contacts living in a specific city and i should be able to select which city is showing in the table.

4) i would like you to control my computer via teamviewer
