first, write a method that takes in an array of int arrays (int[][]), and sorts each individual int[] within the 2D array. Then write another method which takes in two int[][] representing matrices and returns a new int[][] containing the sum of the matrices. Two matrices can be added together if they are the same size, so return null if they are different sizes. Last, write a method that does matrix multiplication.

Hello. I can write this code for you. You did not stated in which language it should be done, I see from tags that it's Java or C++, I can do both. Also, can you share more details like do you need UI or simple console task? For c++ are arrays dynamic or fixed?
