Software Development - Prize voucher system

We need the development of a prize voucher system for our club competions. As I see the process: • an authorised user will process the competion results and will extract a .csv file of the winners on the day. • The format of this file will be supplied to the selected developer. • Cross reference the above file with a member's email listing file to be supplied to successful bidder (either file can be formatted in .csv or .xlxs. • The software needs to: o Create a voucher for each winner, using these two files o add a unique voucher number to the voucher o Also add this number to the entry in the prizeBalanceReport (to be developed as part of requirement) o Email the voucher to the member o Produce an error report  if the winner does not appear in the 'members emails' file  If the email is 'undeliverable' (not critical if this is not achievable) o Allow a particular voucher to be printed at the clubhouse (for members who don't have emails/a printer/or for any reason can't access their voucher. The Treasurer will use the modified prizeBalanceReport to 'tick off' vouchers as they are redeemed Vouchers have a an expiry date from date of issue Price is open to negotiation.
