Solidity ERC20 token for crowdfunding

I require a smart contract to be developed for the purpose of crowdfunding. It must include: - Recent Solidity with no/little deprecated code. - Ability for us to lock tokens until the buyer has been approved (or an alternative verification process before tokens released to buyers) - For every 1 verified token purchased 5 or 6 additional tokens will need to be created, each sent to separate wallets for different purposes, some of these pools will need to be locked from using the tokens for a specified time frame (eg founders locked for 6 months/1yr) - Ability to distribute eth to token holders based on their holdings (likely utilising the etherscan API). I will pay extra if you include a script to dispatch eth to holders, I will also pay extra if you are able to implement a way to minimise gas costs for these transactions. If you are short on time then for a lower fee I will accept similar code you have written for a similar project and repurpose it myself, I am somewhat proficient with solidity, I just lack time. This project is for testing purposes to verify that blockchain based crowdfunding would work for our business. I will have further work in the future so there is potential to build a close working relationship, alternatively if you would just like to accomplish this task only then that is fine. The code will be professionally audited for security exploits etc before any deployment to mainnet.
