I need a Windows application that is for timing experiments. It is similar to a game.
Basic operation is to play a selectable video segment in a window. User will click on a location in the video window. This will stop the video playback. A marker will show the exact location of the cursor when the mouse was clicked. The elapsed time will also be shown -- from the beginning of the segment or from a definable start point.
Notes:
Selectable sound effect (mp3, etc) to be played when the mouse is clicked.
The video segments played will be actual video of live events.
Must be easy to load new video segments into the player.
Format can be any standard video format such as .wmv, mp4, mpg, etc.
Ability to save the stopped frame as a jpg.
