I've already starting working on the tables to include in the database you're looking for and can start to work on the user form immediately if hired. I've got full-time experience working with Access and I think you'll like what I can bring to the table. Feel free to check out my portfolio to see pictures of some user forms I created as part of a patient scheduling system. I just had a question about some of the fields and what kind of information would go into them. These are the fields I was unsure of: -Keyword -Memo -Remark -Note Also, would I be uploading this to SharePoint for you or would you do that part? If I would be doing it, will I have access to the site's server to upload directly from Access? I would like to discuss the project even more and share what I have so far with you.
