Write three simple VB.net sub routines to markup a PDF

I need three simple sub routines written in VB.net to markup a PDF. 1) Write a string to given location on a PDF Sub InsertText (sText as string, xy as point, PageDatum as Integer, FontSize as Ingter, Colour as Color) 2) Insert a JPG to a given location on a PDF Sub InsertJPG (sImagePath as string, xy as point, PageDatum as Integer) 3) Write data to all pages in selected document. Inside this Sub it will call InsertText to fill out QTY box, date and page and call InsertJPG to insert the QRCode. Sub MarkUpPDF (sPathPDF as string) When filling out the page number and date field in the format shown in the "marked Up" example must be used. Note there can be multiple pages in the PDFs. The Job#, Qty, Date and QR Image are the same for each page within a selected PDF. ie When MarkUpPDF is run it should apply the same data to all the pages while adjusting page number as necessary. The PageDatum needs to be selectable between one of the four corners of the PDF (Top Left, Bottom Left, Top Right, Bottom Right). In the example PDFs the datum is the bottom right of the page. The xy offset is from the datum point to the vertical and horizontal center of the item being added (text or JPG) The inserted text must be selectable in a PDF reader such as Foxit Example A4 and A3 PDFs attached. The data in the bottom right is being filled out.
