Hello, I suggest to make a software like a windows service that will work unattended in background. There will be a configuration to tell the program to move the videos into specific folders. Hello, I guess, it's possible to build an app you need. Your cameras flush their video files to a particular folder, do they? My app (Windows service) will listen for new video file in that folder and move that file to a desired folder. We can chat about details anyway. I'm confident, I will find a solution of any task. yes it is possable it depends from where will be taken video files. and what kind of access is to that video files.

This is possible, I have created more complex File Transfer system using naming conventions as the basis. The final product would create the directory structure if not yet created and can be triggered on any basis you desire.

It will be a windows console application without any UI. Just configure the server path where files will be moved. This utility can also be scheduled if required. I have already worked on these type of assignments with 0% bug rate. Technology used will be .NET Framework 4.5.2 which is suitable for all windows servers.
