Team Leader for the Customer Service Teams (ES/ENG)

You will be the leader of our Customer service team, a multicultural and distributed team. Therefore, top organizational skills are required as well as excellent communication capacities. You will make projects happen in a smooth and stress free way providing top quality in all the steps. You will guide clients during the project. You will motivate and help team members achieve the project goals.
We are looking for a proactive person who enjoys contributing their ideas to constantly improve any task that is proposed. This is why we ARE NOT looking for someone who simply does their hours, and that's it. But someone who wants to become valuable to the team and who wants to fully engage with the task and thrive with a great team.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year experience leading a team.
2+ years experience in customer service managing tickets, solving issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
Attention to detail and results oriented.
Resourceful.
Experience working with CRMs such as ZenDesk or others.
Extremely passionate about helping others.
Loves change, adapts quickly to change and feels good about it.
Ability to multitask, deliver under tight timelines. Cool under pressure.
Great organizational skills.
Minimum 1 year experience working remotely.
Experience doing cold calls.
Interest in keeping up to date with virtual office trends, developments, new techniques and collaboration tools.
Excellent computer skills (PC or Mac).
Experienced with advanced spreadsheet creation, documentation and reporting abilities.
Experience managing projects.
Autonomous, proactive and self-motivator.
Fluency and proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
HOURS AND COMMITMENT
This is a freelance position that starts with 20h/week and will lead to more in the near future. The position requires a certain amount of schedule flexibility.
We are looking for a person that can stay with us for a long time. Many team members have been in the company for more than 5 years. We are known for really taking care of our people and we want to establish a long term relationship with you.
Time zones: Please have in mind that your time zone should overlap at least 4 hours a day with Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team: you will be there to provide training to the team, guide them, inspire them and help them keep the excellence standards required.
Guide clients during the project: you will be in touch with clients and together with the sales team you will listen to their needs and help them find solutions.
Take ownership of projects.
Follow the procedures created for the project you are working on. And to propose ideas of improvement when needed.
Build projects from 0 until they are delivered: Plan the project - time, team, activities, resources, quality checks, measure, monitor, review project progress - adjust project plans, and inform the project team and others.
Manage the project according to the specifications agreed.
