Location Analytics modelling

We have raw location data from Cisco Meraki devices that we need interpreted. The location data is timestamps, signal strength, lat & longitude. The project is to write algorithms to turn the raw data into "visitor" and "passerby" counts. The counts will be validated against against known counts.
