Do you have pictures of this home, this home have something above, what about structure, have anything under this home ? You want just to remove or need to buid a beam there ? I reviewed your drawing and can offer you the following proposal: - Calculation report to include the design of 2 steel beams and chimney breast supports to enable the removal of the chimney breast. Calculation report only with general arrangement markups and details where required. No Structural drawings included. I can have this done cheaper but Freelancer won't let me bid less.
