I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for over 8 years and it has been for different campaigns. Something relevant would be my experience with Energy Australia back in 2016, a utility/electricity company based in Australia. I worked there as a CSR with upselling, like if they Gas with another company, they can switch over to us and get value for their money. Assisted customers with their payments up to the most complex part which is making them understand their bill. My english is great, I have a good command of the language so that's not going to be a problem. I have all the equipment needed to get started too.
