My name is Jean-Francois Ngan, a multilingual (French & English) customer/Sales representative. I am really involved in support / customer service and sales projects with a huge experience in phone support, email and live. I worked for call centers here in the Philippines and did lot of remote jobs for many clients whose missions were focused on customer support, telemarketing, Virtual Assistance and Help Desk.
Regarding my expertise in customer service industry, I filled the role of a Virtual Assistant/Customer support agent for Online Stores by being involved in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Intercom and Zendesk.
Regarding Shopify, I worked a lot as a support agent and my role has always been to:
