I'm looking for a friendly, kind, compassionate, results driven, bubbly, caring customer service agent to represent my sales business. Key Responsibilities: - Handling outbound and inbound phone calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage potential leads and convert them into customers. Core Requirements: - Experience in outbound customer service, ideally within a sales environment preferred but not necessary. - Exceptional communication skills written and verbal, friendly, bubbly personality across phone, email, and social media. - Understanding of sales principles and techniques. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in similar roles and be able to adapt their communication style to different channels. Experience would be a plus but not necessary. Training provided. MUST BE AVAILABLE: Full Time EST Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Some weekends may be required. Flexible availability preferred. Starting pay $2 - $4 per hour.
