Create animated Video Ad for an Indian online Shopping Portal

We want to create Animated Video Ads for our Shopping Portal for marketing on Youtube, Whatsapp, Social Media, etc.

1. Video Length should be according to Youtube Ads requirements

2. Ad should be based on a theme suitable for creating an impact for our Idea

3. Concept/Idea "We provide the most competitive price than others like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, etc. Though we are a newcomer but can compete with this bigger brands."

4. Create visual conceptualization of the idea and implement it.

5. The Audio should be in Hindi with a typical casual language, with properly lip-synced

6. If found suitable than we can do on regular basis.
