Fix the Head of a 3D Model

I have a perfect 5 star rating here and on Upwork. Contractors love to work for me! I have a 3D model that needs to be adjusted. It's a model of Aang from the TV show "Avatar: The Last Airbender". It's already been rigged and posed 4 ways, and I will give you the Toon Shading (cel shading) parameters so that the 3D model can be rendered to look like a cartoon. Unfortunately, the face is not good enough. See the images attached to this project. Even as an amateur, I can tell that: -- The eyes should be bigger and shaped differently -- The face should be longer -- the chin becomes narrow too quickly at the bottom -- The eyebrows should be higher and they don't tilt severely like this -- When you move up the eyebrows, move up the tattoo blue arrow, too -- The expression seems lifeless and too mean for this character -- Possibly the neck should be longer? This seems like an easy project. Just make a few modifications to the head and texture map. If you need to make an entirely new head, that's okay. The character is placed into 4 poses but it's okay to have the same facial expression for all 4 poses. This project must look like the reference images. Instead of me (the amateur) telling you what to do, please review the model and look at the ratios of arms, legs, and torso, and facial features. I need this model fixed within 24 hours if possible. Then give me new cel shaded renderings as transparent PNGs.
