Flatbread Machine

Hello, I'm looking for product/prototype in Home Appliances sector - Food Preparation. Nomenclature, refer freelancer.in: Client / Customer: Employer Supplier: Freelancer End User: Consumer to whom Employer will sell the product. Project Scope: This product shall use wheat or Jowar (a variety of sorghum, Sorghum vulgare) flour to prepare flatbread. In day to day activities, flatbread is hand prepared using steps given at [login to view URL] This is very detailed and most of the times salt, oil, etc. are not added. Neither resting allowed. In short, mix flour with water (& salt, oil if needed), knead to prepare dough, make a soft ball and flatten it. Once flattened in round shape and require thickness, cook it over pan till it forms the bubble. So, to automate this process, I'm looking for compact, sturdy, prototype with following deliverables: 1. 2-D & 3-D drawings of prototype/product 2. Bill of Material for all parts to be assembled 3. Workshop/Fabrication/Assembly drawings & step-by-step Procedures The key to have soft and tasty flatbread is to sufficient kneading. Provide better machine in terms of speed & durability and ease of cleaning (obviously we should try to put lesser components to be cleaned but being food processor some parts needs to be cleaned or self-cleaned). Power Supply: 220-230VAC 50Hz 1 ph. To be modifiable to sell product in other markets (60 Hz). Design should have control options to increase/decrease kneading time/speed, cooking time, thickness, etc. so as to ensure delicious roti. These options are not for end user but for client to tweak operation if necessitated. I can give you some online references, but don't prefer to dilute your indigenous approach.
