I Have plenty of experience rendering If selected the process would go like this: 1 - Using the blueprints i made the 3D model using sketchup 2 - After that i give you some views of the 3D for you to tell me if everything is ok 3 - I use the 3D model in 3Dmax where i start adding materials, illumination and textures 4 - Here i made a first couple of renders that i send you to have the feedback. 5 - After that i made the final renderings of the house using Vray next. 6 - I can send you the sketchup and 3dsmax model.
