Technical Requirements 1. Character should be fully rigged with proper bone weight in every body part (including eyes) - none of the body parts should be missed 2. Blend shapes for face is essential 3. Should have minimum 51 blends Shapes 4. Keep the polygon count to a minimum 5. Character should have proper texture with all maps 6. Materials used should be standard i.e., it should support Unity, instead of other renders like VRay, IRay. 7. Non Overlapping UVs should be there 8. Provide the output file in FBX Format with minimum file size Clothes 1. There should be 3-4 variants for clothes texture and color 2. Type of clothes should be as per the reference provided (Green sweater, White Shirt, Tie and Formal Pants)
