For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too. I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - in the first place will need to know what kind of 3d printer you will use (fdm, sla, sls requires different tolerances and you have something quite unusual - 53.79mm diameter for the holes...) 2 - it looks like the pieces will be assembled with screws, but for a better look is advisable to have countersunk screws - in which case will need to have the proper chamfer, or use socket head screws... 3 - It will be difficult to 3d print straight corners in the inside - it is advisable to have a filet radius or a chamfer...
