I am a Piping Engineer experienced in Vendor Data review for Valve Manufacturer Drawings and Material Data Sheets. I also have years of experience on how various types of Valves function (Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, DIBV). I can create Parts and Assemblies from associated Manufacturer Drawings. 3D Modelling can be done in either SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor. Deliverables can be saved in your CAD format of choice (.dwg, .ipt, .iam, .step, .stl, .sldprt, 3D pdf etc.).
The Valve in the drawing appears to be a FB Ball Valve.
I can guarantee a job of very high quality based on either available drawings, or associated API Standards (ASME B16.5, API Spec. 6D, ASME B16.34).
Concerns:
-Would the modelling be just the body and lever, or the trim details would also have to be modelled.
-Is this the Manufacturer Drawing attached? The Valve Class (150 or 300) would determine the Flange dimensions.
-What is item 37 in the bore of the Ball?
-Lever length not specified in drawing
I'm online for the next few hours and ready to chat with respect to project details.
Regards,
Gerard
