I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. If the diffuser on the white car is what are you looking for, let's do it this way... (maybe with some twists :)) I will need the dimensions/positions of the mounting holes, the thickness of the fiber, the minimum clearance for the exhaust tips, etc... As you probably are aware, will be necessary to cnc (or even 3d print, but in this case will be necessary to split the model into several parts) the negative for carbon fiber forming..., so you'll have the diffuser model and the negative...
