Rotary friction welding abaqus simulation

I need rotary friction welding simulation in abaqus. (Rotary friction welding is NOT Friction Stir Welding) Model is 2 parts of solid roller like [login to view URL] file. (1 part constant, second rotates and have pressure) I created this simulation and have *.cae file but something not work. The simulation does not have to be exact but: Main idea is: Determining the time needed to melt the metal - it is can be end of process. I am mainly interested in the temperature distribution in the model. Temperature of the friction zone. I'm not interested in material behavior, deformation, if it will be ok, if not also ok. This is important and maybe problematic but i can't change tgis parameters because the coefficients of pressure and rotation have high values: Pressure 20 MPa n=15000 rpm per s Material have normal, typical parameters. I can send if you decide (need to be transformed for abaqus): for e.g. Mass density, Thermal conductivity, Melting point, Poisson's ratio, Kinetic/Sliding Friction value, specific heat End the project is ready *.cae file for abaqus. File must by work. I need this file because maybe some parameters I will change and test in the future.
