I need an online presence in China

I run a small university-prep tutoring company in Los Angeles, and I want to find new clients in China. I need someone to help me build that presence on social media. You will be able to take content off my website and translate it into Chinese. Then you'll run ads on WeChat and Weibo (and wherever else you think is important). You, or somebody else I hire, will also need to engage with comments on the ads and interact with potential clients online. The goal is for parents to hire me as a tutor for their child.
Please let me know if you'd also be able to interface with new clients for me since I don't speak Chinese (this is optional, I can find someone else for this). Basically, you will need to translate for me and help convince the student's parents to hire me (closing sales and answering questions). After that, I won't need as much translation help since I will be working with the student.
Essential skills:
I'm looking for a native Chinese speaker who has great English speaking and writing skills, with experience running social media marketing and branding campaigns in China.
Preferred: Experience in the education sector.
Pay:
