I work at professional transcribing and am someone who specializes in Transcription. I have been transcribing for roughly five years and have made it a part time career. I do enjoy what I do so it makes it that much easier for some like myself. I do specialize in poor quality audio, as I feel I do quite well with what I call "picking out the puzzle.' I have a touch-typing speed of 75 plus WPM. I use Express Scribe Software with foot-pedal and headset. I have excellent orthography and phonetic skills, along with those of spelling and grammar. I have sharp hearing for those speakers of the English language with accents/dialects. If the work requires a NDA then I can accommodate this type of project.
