convert quark document to word

I have some quark stuff, need it converted to a couple other fomats. word and photoshop?? super easy job, I dont have or use Quark so I need you to do it. Its not alot of stuff, just about 50 files. To be considered, please convert the attached quark document. Thanks
Thanks for the samples so far... so far nobody has given me a format that is EDITABLE I dont want a flattened bitmap of the file, I could do that with a screenshot. I need the text EDITABLE.

If this is impossible or difficult I can settle for the text copied and pasted out of the quark document in a word os even .txt file. If this is possible feel free to do this for the example.
