In the job description, you said the translation should be simple because it's about recipes. With all due respect, I have to say that I disagree. Food recipies cannot be explained without a large specialized vocabulary. I can guarantee you that you won't get an error free text if it's translated by a non native speaker or someone who thinks it's easy. All those bids around 150$ are simply not serious.
I hold a PhD in philosophy, which is why I really excel in researching the exact terms to produce an error free text in my mother tongue (french). As a research assistant with a teaching position, I have already had many experiences as a translator at the University. I am very rigorous person, who only deliver the work when it is completly ready for publication.
It is true I still have no recommendation on this site, but this is only because I'm new!
