The scope covers three distinct but related tasks: • System setup & configuration – imaging or clean installs, driver updates, user profile creation, network and peripheral configuration. • Hardware repair & maintenance – diagnosing faulty components, replacing parts when required, checking firmware, and leaving each machine with a clean bill of health. • Software installation & troubleshooting – loading line-of-business apps, validating licences, applying patches, and resolving any errors that arise during or after deployment. All machines are running the latest build of Windows 11; no other operating systems are involved, so in-depth knowledge of Windows security policies, Device Manager, and modern BIOS/UEFI settings will be essential.
