Build me a marketing bot on Twitter

Hi I'm interested in creating interested in creating a Twitter bot that translate other accounts tweets automatically using a translation service and its API. My objective is to translate tweets from accounts that are industry specific in English to Japanese. And add some conditions like the original Tweet need to have XX likes or shares for example. The bot may need to add some info to the tweet like this post had XX shared on this date. Stage 1 Alpha where I can change the parameters uploading settings file or edit code myself ( need instructions) Stage 2 The code is stable and frame GUI is created (no fancy design needed ) . I can now use the app using a web interface. Extra feature I may also be interested in creating a bot that that do not use translation and just RT popular tweets/content using a social analytics tool and access it with API once the translation feature is built. Please give me estimate of your rate for creating the Bot until each stage of the development for consideration. Cheers. Martin
