Unity Multiplayer Game Bug Solving And Feature Adding

Job Description:
Basically This is a multiplayer Real Money Ludo Game. I want to solve bugs and add a new feature in it. (My Budget is Really Tight) basically This is an startup project. Below are the list of things i want to solve and add.
Bugs: There are some bugs in offline mode of the game such as game token moves automatically on other players chance Some times dice is untouchable.
Bots: Bots are really very strong in online real money game i want to solve them and make them easy and wanted to look that real player is playing.
Reskin : i want to reskin the game chess board,token,Animation,Sounds. Reskin the theme of the entire game (UI) just colour change nothing more.
And the main thing : I want a special mode which will be a prize poll tournament were multiple users will take a part in tournaments and there will be only one winner who will get the prize.
For Eg: there are 100 players they submitted entry fees and entered match there will be match between 4 players and the winner of that match will be automatically go in next match of 4 player and this process will continue and the last one winner will win and get the prize.
