I basically need a city in the same vein as GTA but on a mobile optimised scale. So think roughly 20% as big. It needs to be mobile optimised so relatively low poly with a small texture set that can be imported into Unity (So FBX i think). I would like it to be an island (I can handle the water), have an airport, city, jumps, parks, forest, a mountain with dirt roads and other interesting locations. Here is the quality I would want: [login to view URL] A good example is this asset: [login to view URL] Maybe more buildings and less forest though. Please see "[login to view URL]" for requirements. Based off GTA but want similar items. Just picture a condensed GTA map. The attached reference images are high quality AAA game screenshots. I do not expect this level of detail just a simple version of what they have done. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] is my current progress but would like to have it as one model more optimised so following that style ideally. You will not have to worry about cars, trees, shrubs, street lights. I will require buildings, mountains, planes, fences, terrain.

I believe I can finish making all the assets you've said and more with them arranged in an interesting city with exciting opportunities for jumps and locations to explore within a week. I've played a lot of GTA and Burnout and understand what's fun in open city driving games. I can make quality models and textures with optimizations. Do you need anything like gas stations to have destroyed variants possibly with animations? Hi, I checked all items in your description, the assetsyou have shown as example is heavy, about 700MB, if this size is suitable, I can create a city like that, and optimize the materials for it to make it with less filesize, I know some tipe to reduce the volume but still have a good result, for example in the gas station you have designed, you can remove curves and have vertices lowered by 20 percent, same for maps. But I have another suggestion too, there are plug ins that make city automatically, I have used some for previous projects. Let me show samples of them, if you like the quality then we can easily create many cities created automatically.

Hello, I am level designer and I can model the terrain, buildings and etc by modeling them in 3ds max and make it nicely unwrapped without any inverted or overlapped faces. Also I can texture them with nice normal bumps to look the city high detailed. At last I will import all the level in Ue4 to check all the models work correct.
