Repair Blurry Video Clip

Job Description:
1. Total length of blurry clip that requires repair/restore: 1:06 (1minute 6seconds)
2. Restored/repaired video can be a black and white clip if it makes it easier to restore/repair
3. Frames of the blurry video clip provided as examples, due to file size limitations. The frames were saved using Final Cut Pro "Export Image Sequence" feature.
4. The blurry 1:06 clip can be provided in any high quality file format supported by Final Cut Pro (currently using .mov). The clip was originally part of a mp4 file ripped from DVD of an old film recording.
5. 3 seconds of the clip can be found here in .mov format -> [login to view URL]
