I need someone who can do administrative tasks for me relating to real estate. This amounts to the following Taking a fact find I send you about a client and uploading it to PODIO Performing a valuation online ( I will give you the template and the relevant links to find the information) Creating offers with the information I provide you (which will amount to personlising the offers given the specific information about the client) Preparing a sales brochure (I will provide you with the information required when it is necessary) Full training will be given on each task to ensure you are proficient This will be around 10 hours per week top start with but will increase as deal flow increases I am looking for bids to provide 10 hours per week on a monthly basis (approx 45 hours per month) I am happy to pay weekly or monthly, whatever is preferred. Attributes you will require An excellent understanding of the English language Able to use word and excel Able to use or to learn PODIO Knowledge of real estate would be helpful but not essential Willing to do what it takes to get things done quickly Able to learn processes quickly If this sounds like something for you then get in touch. TWO THINGS If you get in touch and say "I can do this" or somethign similar with nothing else (ie what your experiences are etc) I will instantly delete your offer.
