We are in need of a super skilled VA to help our team be super organized. Any prior background or experience in Real Estate is a plus. This individual is extremely skilled at working on focused activities while being able to take a lot of information and decipher it into only a few words or tasks. They are organized, steady, and have great focus on attention to detail. Grammar and speech in the English Language is a must! This role is responsible for communications, such as chat support, email, phone and video conference calls. This role is also responsible to keep our team organized and running at full speed, including tasks in need of further research, documents filed away where they belong within our templates, organizing our videos and content into our templates, updating job descriptions, video libraries and assist the team with back office support as needed to continuously better our systems.
