WCF Service for Remote SQL Access

I need an experienced coder to create a solution using WCF to do the following.

I will have a website that will allow users to login and sign up for services. These services require access to data from their server. I require the ability to connect from the website host on our server to access a service running on their server remotely over the internet and execute SQL and return datatables. I will have a service that the user will install on their server and enter a username and password to match their website account , configure access to their MS SQL database, and then save these settings and run silently in the background.

The above is the general usage of the solution, here are the requirements of what you must deliver.

Code is to be in vb.net using .net 4.0

You must build a complete solution the demonstrates all of the required abilities

Authentication and Authorization is to be via the standard ASP.net SQL provider with Roles

WCF must be used to talk between the server and the service on the client server

All communication between the server and client server must be secure (HTTPS)

The sample solution must have a webform that executes some SQL and then returns the data and binds it to a datagrid.

You can use the northwinds db for your example

You must create an installer for the client service and this installer must have the ability to configure the access to the local MS SQL server, this access will may use Domain Authentication or Username and Password. The user must also be able to enter the Main website username and password and store these for the client service to use.

Queries must be run using events so the execution is immediate. No timers my be used in the solution, all things must be event driven.
