VBA Word make 2 functions

At our office, we work with contracts in docx (Office 2010) with 4 to 8 pages. When the customer comes to us to sign, we often put the ID-number etc of the customer in the first page of the docx and print it the (larger) first page out again (and not the whole doc to save paper).
We are looking for 2 functions in VBA:
1. Find the last 3 words in the last line of the first page and store this in a table in Access
2. (After altering the first page with the ID-data) get the 3 saved words of the Access table and schrink the margin above and under the page in order to fit first page so that we get same last line of the first page.
You get € 75 for each function.
It is little more complex in reality: we use a function to change the margins and outline each sentence before we print. So original doc A -> our Outline function->doc A’ -> print whole doc->customer comes to our office and shows his ID-> we change first page original doc A -> our Outline function->doc A’ -> we want only print out the first page so we change the margins to fit it.
