Project Title: Customer service call logger
- I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a customer service call logging system specifically for support calls.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in developing call logging systems and be familiar with technical support processes.
- The project requires the freelancer to use a provided template for the call logs, so knowledge of working with templates is necessary.
- On a daily basis, we expect the freelancer to log between 50-100 calls, sometimes more.
- The system should be user-friendly and efficient, allowing us to easily track and manage the logged calls.
- Additionally, the freelancer should provide suggestions for improving the call logging process if they have any.
- The project timeline is flexible, and we are open to discussing the timeframe with the freelancer.
- Please provide examples of previous work or relevant experience when submitting proposals.
- If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.
I use already one developed in access but it should be renewed in maybe a webversion because I maybe would like to have so real life data changing (AJAX) in it.
Basically the idea is to log every action we do.
1. Identify cliënt (through list)
Every client is registered in a database with other information like : contact name, number, and other stuff like vat number, agency number, ...
2. Select what kind of call it is: can be 'contract', 'information', 'no show', 'sickness', '...'
3. Field to write information about the call
4. Another field to write 'action steps'
5. Another field to write 'follow up' steps
6. Multiple fields to write additional information.
7. A button to send mail to client -> redirect to outlook
8. Button to close the call or change status of it
9. Date picker and hours in and out.
10. Some other stuff but that's all only input fields that needs to be saved in the database
*Also a client creator wizard to add client to the database and also to modify cliënt information
*A dashboard view to
-create new calls
-view open calls
-view Todo calls
On the dashboard view you should only see quick view of the call like 'client name' and some other information
*A report maker in pdf of the calls whenever we choose a date 'from-to'
*Every one has a login (+/- 20 accounts)
*When you open a call and close, your name should be on it
*A call being edited by someone or active in it can't be edit by someone else (to avoid copyright) except 1 text area

I'm a web designer and front end developer but no time to develop it myself and not enough of knowledge of back end.
The whole project is linked to a database (calls, client files, ...)
