Automated Web Scraper and data evaluation

Job Description:
Dear All,
This application is meant to be used on three different websites to automate the search for real estate advertisements.
One of the websites ist [login to view URL]
Basic Function
1. Go to [login to view URL]
2. Do a search for the real estates using filters on the left (choose real estate) and on top (choose the region/citiy) .
3. After 2 you get here: [login to view URL]
Here you have the option to use additional filters (size of the real estate, price and so on). I want to be able to set all of them individually.
4. After 3, get the price and square-meter of all the resulted advertisements. Divide the price by square-meter. If the result is under a certain value (variable), save the data (printout of the advertisement) and send me the link to the advertisement via email.
Additional Functions
The software should be able to automatically run 1-4 parallel for different filter settings and in a certain interval. Example Parallel search:
Search 1: Loop 1 - 4 for Website 1 with filter settings (City 1, District 1) in a certain interval
Search 2: Loop 1 - 4 for Website 1 with filter settings (City 1, District 2) in a certain interval
Search 3: Loop 1 - 4 for Website 1 with filter settings (City 1, District 3) in a certain interval
Search 4: Loop 1 - 4 for Website 1 with filter settings (City 1, District 4) in a certain interval
Search 5: Loop 1 - 4 for Website 2 with filter settings (City 1, District 1) in a certain interval
And so on
