Hello and thank you for your interest in our job! Chosen Weddings is a startup online wedding marketplace and we are looking for a freelancer who can help integrate some auto-email capabilities with Hubspot and our website. Essentially we are a third-party wedding services booking site that allows engaged couples to book wedding services instantly on our site. Our front-end site is built on Tilda and the back end is a custom application built with Ruby. We are looking for someone who can create an automated email event (we will provide copy) when certain actions are performed on our site, for example: When a vendor creates an account -> system adds them to vendor marketing list & sends welcome email When a member (engaged couple) creates an account -> system adds them to member marketing list & sends welcome email When a member checks out -> system sends thank you/confirmation email When a member logs in to make an additional payment -> system sends thank you/confirmation email We would like for this job to be done by April. Further integrations will become necessary as we grow and ideally, we'd like to continue to use the same person when these needs arise.
