need a link that works for cell phones, not just computers

I own a tree company, and I need to have a link to send customers that is shortened, but also will work on cell phones. This link is to a review page. We need to BURY that *%$@#!'s review that is on the top there. [login to view URL] If I am on my computer, both of these links take me to the review page for my page on Google. But if I put either of these links on my phone it says, "Your search could not be completed with the requested search options. Reset search tools." So I need to be able to send a link from my phone to theirs, so they can just go there and put in a review. I don't want a long link, I want a shortened one. I want to be taught where you are doing it and how you are making the link so I can duplicate it.
