Look someone that animates a character , can be a very basic one character like those used in [url removed, login to view], to make a 60 seconds short-story.
Also the ambient has to be very simple, very few poligons to make things faster at the time of the rendering.
Can be done in whatever software you re good at like maya, 3ds max
, blender and others
I can provide both ambient and character if you do not have one
