Recharge Card Sales website - repost

I will not send a very long email on what I want my website to really look like. Judging by your past works, I believe you know how best to organize this website.

Firstly, my company with a trademark name of "Massive Recharge" is based in Nigeria and we are looking for a website where it can adequately market its services and products to the Nigerian online market.

This company deals with the sales of recharge card PINS whi ch are now physically sold on ground through the use of paper vouchers and Cards. These PINs act as call credits to the users when loaded on their mobile phones.

Our Aims and objectives in summary are as follows;

We want to cut the overhead of printing out these vouchers on paper to sell to our customers, by giving them the opportunity of printing out their own cards themselves using our website.

We want to use this medium (the web) to create a wider reach, offering our services to customers we would have ordinarily had to travel to meet.

Since this will be a first of its kind website in Nigeria, we would like whatever website being developed to be easily re-customizable like adaptable to templates etc so the same website can be deployed on different domains with different GUI. Like a software/script being sold to different users.

We wish to have security on the website scripts that trigger call backs so the script cannot be hosted on an unregistered Domain. (We wish to commercialize this script...)

After surfing the web and comparing different websites. We have settled for one which we would very much like our website to look like. [url removed, login to view] ... Seems they offer the same services which we also offer but in a different way

Features of the website:

Just like the website [url removed, login to view] , we wish to sell our prducts to 2 categories of people (Personal & Merchant). So when a user is to register or login s/he has to choose one of the above options to do so.

For both users when they login, I need them to view a dashboard menu where they can access all our different services.

For now, I'm not familiar with the process how recharge PINS are being sold online. But what I need is for requested PINs to be sold using a voucher generating software which should be embedded on the website (not to be downloaded). This voucher generating software should provide for customizing the Logo and company name which will appear on the final generated vouchers.

I'd also need this software to generate and save in pdf format.

Just like a shopping cart, I'd also want to be able to edit products, quantities and add new products or delete old ones as we may desire.

> Apart from pins, we would also be selling virtual credit to customers. This feature will only be available to merchant users on the website. Before a merchant too can access this feature, his/her mobile number will need to be activated for that feature on the website.

> The last sort of product we would be selling will be in form of scanned documents. We would wish to sell cards that we do not currently have access to get bulk pins for upload on the website. What we plan on doing is to scan these cards, so the pin numbers already printed on them are properly displayed and sell them as picture files. With this, as with all other features, I will want a situation where a user purchases one of these scanned cards and the card is sent to this users email and also saved on the users account in pdf formats, then the valuable information on the card which are the pin and serial number are then sent as a text message to the user after purchase. ( I understand they will be entered manually into the websites database by our staff)
