4-page PSD to HTML/CSS website needed

Job Description:
I need a simple 4-page site to be done based on a PSD template that I've created.
The Main page needs to have an image gallery (you can use the Lightbox script or something similar).
The Contact page just needs a simple form with Name, Email and Comments fields.
The About page only requires a paragraph.
The Shop page will have an image gallery as well.
-There'll be a simple nagivation bar at the top.
-Site needs to work on Firefox (recent verisons from 2010 onwards) and IE 7 and above (would be even better if it could work on IE6.0).
PSD template will be provided when project is confirmed.
