I have attached a bitmap pic that I would like to be the background of the page, but i'd like it increased in size without losing clarity and only the outside borders of the shield showing as well as the diamond it's in, with everything within the shield's borders being white. I have also attached the layout with the buttons and the pulldowns. If you can format this html page, then I can build the site, so all I need is the page setup with the background image and the navigation buttons with the pulldowns with boxes setup for other content that i'll be adding.
Please take a look at the attachments and let me know if you understand and can provide me with what I need. I'd like it to resemble [url removed, login to view] but not exactly the same based on the attached layout. The color is krimson and white.
