Dreamweaver Template for Existing site

I require a Template to revamp an existing website [login to view URL] The site needs a new fresh professional look. Whoever did the site originaly did each page seperately which is terrible so I want to base the entire site one one easily changeable template. Requirements for this project: make a dreamweaverMX compatible template apply the template to the whole site upload the finished product send me a .ZIP file of the entire completed site The logo will need to be redone better and clearer ( same design ) The template needs to have editable regions where content is to be put I will be adding more content later so I must be able to EASILY add content in the editable regions. If you do the links as a graphic, I will need the original file so I can make more graphic links later in fireworksMX I must be able to contact with you by MSN or similar This project is rather urgent so quickness of delivery is important to me. This job should take no more than 6 hours I would guess, VERY EASY, it doesn't have to be complicated or flashy, just nice & clean and easy to navigate. Thanking you in advance, Mark
