I need a very professional and exciting web design w/FLASH for an e-commerce site. I am a programmer and already have the back-end finished, I just need a very talented artist that knows HTML, CSS and FLASH to design the graphics and put everything together.
I have one template (.htm) and one (.css) file I need modified so you won't be working with many files. I need to see a portfolio and hear some ideas before we start.

I am sorry to say but an e-commerce site can't be designed with Flash on it with just 500 $. Please Open PMB for discussion.
